Steve is a great salesman.
He was very patient with us when we were selecting the stone. He was also very reasonable when pricing came up. He was reachable and reliable. After installation, I had some comments about the finishing. He sent me his technician who spent with me a few hours until I was satisfied with the outcome, without any extra charge. I would strongly recommend the backsplash hut to anyone!

Edited review... so everything was good but when I had some deficiencies Steve went MIA. Luckily I had his installers number and managed to convince him to come and fix it. Too bad... I was happy with the work but customer service is an important part of the business.

Install quality 4/5 and customer service 2/5... still haven't heard back from Steve after 3 weeks.

After a long search and two failed attempts to get contractors to do my backsplash, I met Steve through Facebook marketplace, which I've never done before. I was a bit hesitant, but after reading reviews and getting a fair quote I decided to give it a try (the price was really good especially considering we live pretty far from Newmarket). Dwight was out installer, and honestly he was amazing. He has really good attention to detail and works quick and clean. There was one section that my wife wanted changed slightly and he fixed it with no complaints. Turns out the issue wasn't even really his fault, my counter tops were off slightly across the stove. The tiles haven't even been grouted yet but I'm giving them 10 stars. If you haven't been having any luck with contractors I highly recommend these guys.

The Backsplash Hut is awesome! We had been looking for months for a backsplash at the big box stores, but couldn't find anything. The Backsplash Hut has a huge selection of beautiful tiles to choose from. Their customer service is absolutely amazing .... knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Dwight did a great job installing our new backsplash and left our kitchen spotless. I would recommend The Backsplash Hut to anyone.

The process was seamless. I chose the tile, Steve ordered it, arrived within days. They set up the install that week, and did an immaculate job. I love it. They were courteous and cleaned up the kitchen when they were finished.

The quality of the marble tile I purchased, and workmanship to remove and install was exceptional at a VERY reasonable price. I was also impressed with how careful they were with my new counter top and floors while working and the job clean up.
