After receiving quotes from several companies we decided to go with Greater Niagara Sheet Metal. The estimator Paul was very knowledgeable in his trade and was very professional in that he didn’t over complicate or try to push sales. He was very pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions and worked with me to address any issues with my current system. The installation went flawlessly, they were able to install the gas furnace and AC in one day, as well as address several dated emergency gas shutoffs, run a gas line for my BBQ, amend an incorrect takeoff at the trunk end. On top of that they replaced the exhaust duct for the gas dryer because it was caked in lint and was a potential fire hazard. Brian and Matt were both respectful and efficient in their work and took the time and care to avoid potential issues and to cleanup after themselves. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work as well as the timely manner in which it was completed and would recommend Greater Niagara Sheet Metal to anyone.

Niagara sheet metal replaced an older central air unit, removed and redesigned an inappropriately sized distribution system and added new outlets and returns as part of a total basement gut and renovation project. The design aspect of the job and quality of workmanship was excellent. The job was completed in a timely manner as per the original quote by skilled tradesmen. The installation team even noticed and pointed out an electrical issue that was created some ten years previous.The after installation service has been excellent, while no on site service has been required to date, promptly returning calls and answering questions has been greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company, and would use them again in a heartbeat.
