When it comes to our labour, we do have minimal labour amounts that are preset, but they do ensure that the part does come with warranty which excludes any future charges if the same part fails. We are always working to improve our efficiency and productivity (thus reducing the charges passed on to customers), and so we will certainly take your feedback into account and make sure to be extra more informative when explaining our labour charges in order to avoid any miscommunication issues.
