Rado was actually 10 minutes early, laid down a drop cloth to catch the sawdust, finished the task very quickly cuz he knows what he's doing, and spent time training me on all functions so that I understand HOW it works and how to maintain it. When I expressed surprise that the manufacturer had provided only one key, he went to his truck and made me a second copy which I really appreciated. Communication was optimal and he was very pleasant. I highly recommend Rado.

Rado is the best! He does great work, explains what he is doing and I would highly recommend him to anyone! I was in a bind because I was flying out of town the next day and needed lock replaced/repaired before I left. He came to my place the night before, after hours, on short notice. He was here within an hour, was very transparent on the pricing details, and replaced my front door lock and repaired/rekeyed the back door lock. Our locks needed upgrading, safety being the prime concern. I reached out to Locksmith Express and one other company. Locksmith Express replied straight away. I forwarded photos of my current locks as asked; shortly after receiving a detailed reply with information on options to replace and costs. Exactly the education I needed. The next afternoon, as agreed upon, superior locks etc. were installed. How happy, THIS HAPPY.
