The Deadbolt in our main door snapped. When I reached out to Lock Smith Express Rado was quick to respond and asked good questions and requested pictures so he could better understand the issue. Once he better understood the problem he proposed a solution. When he arrived onsite, he was polite, professional, and efficient. Rado is very knowledgeable and won't try to oversell you on anything. He is also quick but very detail oriented. He wants to ensure that the job is done right and properly.
