Came on time and repaired the lock.

Our locks needed upgrading, safety being the prime concern. I reached out to Locksmith Express and one other company. Locksmith Express replied straight away. I forwarded photos of my current locks as asked; shortly after receiving a detailed reply with information on options to replace and costs. Exactly the education I needed. The next afternoon, as agreed upon, superior locks etc. were installed. How happy, THIS HAPPY.

Locksmith Express was very responsive from our initial email to after installation.
They made sure that I was fully informed on the work that they will do. Initially I've asked them for just the keypad install, but they also installed my handle.

Radoslav was so helpful. Our front door latch had fallen off and the lock itself hadnt worked properly since we moved in. In about 20 minutes he had not only fixed the latch but had completely fixed the lock and copied five new keys for me. We have always had problems with this lock to to be able to finally use it properly was an extra bonus.

Radoslav is a true professional. He showed up right on time, and finished re-keying 3 separate doors in less than 30 minutes. In addition, he straightened a crooked door handle and fixed a super tight locking mechanism - I didn't even ask him to fix these and he didn't charge extra! Highly recommended!
