We had to replace our furnace after an inspection showed that our old one was no longer up to code and had to be shut off. After making a few calls and gathering a few quotes we went ahead with Quality Home Comfort. Kevin came the same day (on a Friday night no less!) to give us an in-person quote. I was impressed with his detailed answers to my questions and his personable approach. His team came the next day. Case, the installer, was very thoughtful and also took the time to explain things to me. They were both incredibly professional and meticulous with the installation and follow-up. We need to replace our hot water heater in the next year or so, I know exactly who I will be contacting when the time comes.

Our home is around 100 years old, and the temperature difference between the main and second floors was massive. As new homeowners, we knew that adding insulation was outside of our budget for the time being, so we wanted to find something that could make a difference without breaking the bank. When I first contacted Joe, he was good at explaining the process and took the time to answer all my questions. The day of the sealing his team came in and did a great job of minimizing any disruptions and cleaning up after themselves. The "before and after" difference is dramatic, and we no longer need a portable AC unit for hot summer days upstairs! Highly, highly recommend!

We hired Elite Roofing after some friends of ours told us about what a great experience they had with Flori and his team. I have to echo my friend's experience and say that from start to finish I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism, attention to detail and service of Flori and everyone at Elite. The shingles on our roof were at the end of their life and the skylight needed to be replaced. At first we were worried that it would be difficult to find a replacement for the skylight (it's an odd size) but Flori was able to secure a Velux skylight and have it sent from the US so we could do the roof and skylight at the same time. The crew worked efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning up once they were done. I would hire Elite again in a heartbeat.

Radoslav was awesome, from the moment I got in touch he replied promptly and was able to answer some of my upfront questions over HomeStars. He arrived on time, was quick and efficient and was very professional. He rekeyed three exterior doors in our house and installed a smart lock on our front door. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and would definitely recommend him for any lock services you need.
