Radoslav was on time, pleasant and easy to find a time to work. He worked fast and offered to help program the new lock and even cut extra keys quickly in his truck. He gave advice on another job which was sound, and advised me against doing more work (against his own interest so I believe him to be very honest). He was nice, trustworthy and did great work. I would hire him again without hesitation and recommend him without reservation.

Recently, I needed door handle replaced but since I live in the condo, it needed to be the exact one I had. Radoslav was excellent. From the first contact, he responded to my messages promptly, did his own search to show me what I need to look for, explained what to do not to get locked out of my unit in the meantime. When the handle arrived, he was available to come and replace it within days. Radoslav is someone I will keep in mind if I need any other locksmith service.

I put a post on HomeStars for a locksmith to fix two doors. The locksmith texted me quickly and requested pictures so that he could give me an approximate quote. We needed two deadbolts changed. I had forgotten that the problem actually lay with the doorknob.

When he arrived, it was clear that we needed two deadbolts, two doorknobs and we wanted two extra keys. We also wanted the side door and front door to have the same key. He worked quickly and communicated well as he went along. I recommend him highly!

We had a great experience with Rado! We had a bathroom doorknob that was incorrectly installed and ended up locked out of our bathroom as a result. We called Rado and he was incredibly honest and fast! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable (and nice!) locksmith.

Rado responded immediately to my request and came on a Sunday to help us out because we had a new tenant arriving Monday. He was transparent about pricing, how much things would cost if just a re-keying or if the deadbolt/knob needed to be replaced. While he was here he also fixed a second door knob and got a key-pad lock working for which we'd done an unsuccessful DIY job. This was also a reasonable price.
