I needed a smart deadbolt installed on a steel door in my basement. It was a fresh install; no holes in the door. I did not have the tools or skills to install it. I was anxious about finding an honest person to do the job. Luckily I found Radoslav. He was responsive, prompt and very nice. He quoted me a fair price and charged me what he quoted. He even showed me a few things when he installed it. To top it off, he noticed something wrong with my front door on the way out and took it upon himself to fix it.
