Quick turnaround, punctual, efficient, fair pricing

We had a non-emergency, but Rado was still very quick to respond (the appointment was the next business day!), punctual for the appointment, and more than fair with pricing. In addition to replacing the number of cylinders and rekeying of locks mentioned in the original request, he also resolved a number of other alignment and sticky door situations.
I would definitely come back for any future door/lock-related concerns!
