Slavik and his team fit us in the week before the Christmas break to replace the shingles on our 20+ year old roof (front and back). Competing estimates were not even in the same ballpark (some not in the same order of magnitude); Slavik was honest with what needed to be done now and what could wait. The onsite work team was efficient and courteous and completed the job in just over a day. Work included a 15 year warranty

We had a non-emergency, but Rado was still very quick to respond (the appointment was the next business day!), punctual for the appointment, and more than fair with pricing. In addition to replacing the number of cylinders and rekeying of locks mentioned in the original request, he also resolved a number of other alignment and sticky door situations. I would definitely come back for any future door/lock-related concerns!
