Rado was quick to reply to my call and very responsive. When he arrived he was very courteous, professional and safe (wore mask, social distanced and sanitized hands). Appreciated the time he took to explain his work and was easy to deal with throughout the process.

Contacted Rado about rekeying for a house I just purchased. He responded immediately and set up an appointment. He showed up on time (actually early and offered to wait if that was better for me!) and finished the job quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Efficient, professional and polite. Radoslav has done work on our home before and did an excellent job, so it was natural to contact him again to change an old lockset for a door leading onto a balcony. Quick and efficient, he offered to adjust the door as the house had shifted a bit. Also, the front door lockset that he installed a year ago he adjusted. We feel we got very good value overall.
