Rado was prompt when he arrived to fix my front door and lock. He repaired a poorly installed door and did it right! He went above and beyond his job estimate. Thank you Rado.

My door lock was loose and I sought some quotes. After reviewing the quotes and reviews I chose Radoslav. I liked that he quoted a minimum charge for the call of $99. Radoslav attended the next day. He resolved the problem within minutes and did not charge in excess of the minimum charge for the call. I was pleased with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Locksmith express was quick to respond to my inquiry came to my house the next day and fixed my issue and advised me on preventing in the future.

My experience with Locksmith Express was excellent. It was a pretty stressful situation and Rado was very kind and understanding which made the situation better. Great communication, easy to book an appointment and was very patient setting up the Smart Lock. Rado was great. Was able to move me up in his schedule. Was able to replace internal mechanisms of an interior door and instead of replacing the entire handle and repaired a misaligned and faulty front door deadbolt and it's never functioned better.
