I received an excellent service from Radoslav. I wanted to change my lock on my front door. Radoslav responded quickly to all my queries. He was on time and finished the job as agreed. He even went above and beyond by fixing a jamming issue on my door lock. Overall it was smooth and hassle-free experience.

Radoslav gave excellent service. He replaced very old hardware and deadbolt at my 90yr old mother’s house. We had purchased new hardware for her, but as the previous door lock was around 50yrs old and was sticking and jamming, the new ones didn’t fit exactly. No problem for him. Wood filled the old hole and expertly installed the new one. He communicated regularly as to his arrival time. Brought a drop cloth to not leave wood shavings on her floor. Radislav came promptly to fix a door lock that has been giving me trouble for many years. The lock has been replaced twice and was still sticking, partly because of the thickness of my door. Radislav not only spent twice his originally estimated time struggling with the lock to get it right but also found a way to remount the antique bronze lock surround that a previous locksmith has removed. He also helped me out with a doorknob replacement - and all for the original estimate! The lock works smoothly now for the first time ever and the door looks great. He is definitely the locksmith I will call from now on.
