Radoslav was very quick to respond to my request. Hediscussed the job thoroughly with me and with the aid of pictures of able to provide me a solid quote. He kept me informed of his arrival to my home and upon arrival stated he was going to inspect the existing locks and would be at his vehicle for approximately 1/2 hour. When he returned he immediately began the job. He demeanour was very pleasant. I noted he had the most organized tool bag I have ever seen. The job became a little more complicated than originally thought due to probably 2 prior DYI's, undeterred he knew exactly how to remedy the situation, the appropriate tool to use and demonstrated such confidence, ability and professionalism that I enjoyed just watching his work ethic. The locks and handles were of far more superior quality that I could have purchased at Home Depot (even the higher. end) the weight was noticeable, the turning mechanism very smooth and just the weight of the keys made the quality evident. He was meticulous in every action, he must have taken the door plate off 3 times to ensure it was exact and perfect. I live in a at least 90 year old home where nothing is perfect, except now my locks. He removed the kick plate 5 times and readjusted it until it was flush with the door jam. He had to realign the existing drill holes to the new lock specifications because of the prior inferior work. Through all of this he never appeared annoyed or frustrated, he appeared to thoroughly enjoy ensuring his work was perfect. That was the front door, when he moved to the back door he did not walk through my home he walk outside to the back door. He totally cleaned up the front entrance and the only debris was what you would expect from someone drilling through a metal and steel door, really less than you would expect. He stated this back door would probably not take as long. He ended up performing the same amount of work plus fixing my weather stripping so the door would shut tightly and the locks would be accurately placed. I truly can not say enough positive about my interaction with Radoslav and the professionalism he displayed. With the extra work which was involved he did not alter his quoted price. While he was working I asked him if any of his customers ever got this excited over new door locks. He said the fact that I was happy made it enjoyable. I finally feel safe.
