Rado a lovely young guy who quickly assessed, removed and replaced an ill fitting lock on an exterior door. He then matched the key with another exterior door at my request and removed an old lock box left by a past contractor. Neat too ... you'd never know work had been done. So fast to come by; I just contacted him late yesterday. He was here by 9:00. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I highly recommend Radoslav for his locksmith services! Radoslav provided excellent service and is extremely knowledgeable/experienced in his trade. He replaced 2 exterior deadbolt locks and rekeyed them so they would work on one key. He had to shave off wood to make the locks fit better and placed a drop cloth to catch all the wood shavings. His work is thorough, ensuring the locks were working properly without sticking or jamming. He also educated me on what he was doing during the installation process and answered any questions I had. Once the installation was complete, he provided a tutorial for me on the locks he installed. His pricing was transparent and competitive. I like that fact he kept constant communication via text (for any time changes due to traffic) with me before arriving. Radoslav is friendly, efficient and thorough with his work and I would use his service again.

I got Rado’s contact information through HomeStars and contacted him based on Locksmith Express’ numerous positive reviews. Interacting with Rado was a pleasure from the beginning. He was professional and courteous in all of our interactions.

We were looking for a solution to keep our toddler from unlocking our front door and Rado suggested we use the Door Guardian which ended up being a cost effective solution for us. We ended up also installing one on our garage door.

The day of the installation Rado let us know what time he would arrive and showed up on time. He explained what he was doing along the way and completed the install in a timely fashion. He even installed weatherstripping on our door as I told him there was a draft coming in. Rado also made a few adjustments to our door to fix its alignment.

Overall this was an amazing experience and recommend Rado without any hesitation.

The hardware on my back door failed, and on my front door it was very hard to open. Rado responded to my message immediately. He gave me clear and detailed advice about the available options for replacing the hardware, including which models were most reliable in his experience. He came to my house the next day, exactly on time, and installed the new hardware quickly and professionally. He was a gentleman throughout and a pleasure to deal with. If I have any other locksmith jobs, I'll definitely go back to him.
