Just purchased the house, and we had trouble with mortise lock on the door. Radoslav Contacted us and explained everything in plain language. He was very clear on the prices of the service and the options we have from the the beginning.
He fixed the lock in about an hour, and made some recommendation on how to providing getting the same issue again.
