Our locks needed upgrading, safety being the prime concern. I reached out to Locksmith Express and one other company. Locksmith Express replied straight away. I forwarded photos of my current locks as asked; shortly after receiving a detailed reply with information on options to replace and costs. Exactly the education I needed. The next afternoon, as agreed upon, superior locks etc. were installed. How happy, THIS HAPPY.
