I have had used RC Mechanical Services for some time, both for my rental properties, as well as my own house reno. The company is very professional and up to a high service standard. Once I had a leaking bath tub valve in a rental property, tenant called in on late Friday afternoon, and I got hold of Rodney and told him this is an emergency as the tenant has no clue how to deal with this and I had no way to be there at that day eitehr. Half hour later, Rodney arrived the place, and got everything under control and fixed in less than 1 hour in total.

In another time, I did my basement reno and installed a brand new tub, the bath tub was damaged slightly in the process of installation, Rodney decided to replace it with a brand new one and everything being corrected in less than 2 days. Very impressive high professional standard perfectly demonstrated through what they did, not what they say.

I take this initiate to write this review as I believe this is a great company deserves the credit of not just saying they care, but doing in their daily work, which is quite outstanding among the plumbing companies I have had chances to deal with in the past 10 years.
