Today i had Shannon come to do the annual maintenance on my furnase, fireplace and humidifier as part of the ACE Plan. He did a very thorough job of inspecting and cleaning the appliances while keeping me up to date on the progress and showing me what he was doing and looking at throughout the 3 hrs it took to do the job. Shannon clearly takes pride in his work and enjoys bringing a "human" touch to the whole experience. No sales pitch, no pressure. Just information and a good job like he would do if he was at a friends or a relatives. Much appareciated and will definitely call him back for next year!

Shannon was here on emergency call, and got the furnace running! He gave different options as to a future repair, and I’ll weigh those options. He called in to the office to find out about the cost of a service part, which he didn’t have to do, and scheduled a call to have estimate done for new furnace. Very pro-active approach. Very Professional and polite service. Thank you!

Shannon was here to fix my fireplace which was not starting. It came on without having to fix anything, like magic. But he changed the call to a maintenance call and gave me instructions on the maintenance and operation of the furnace.

Annual furnace and hot water tank service was done today March 29th, 2018. It all started with a phone call reminder not once but twice by the very nice Anchor Climate care receptionist. An appointment was made the same week, at my convenience. Technician arrived in time had a clean pair of shoes in his bag, put tgem on and went to work. The technician Q.Lam checked the thermostat, the battery then went to work on the furnace. I was happy to see that he was fine and helpful in explaining his work and how he service and clean my Furnace. He also pointed out minor common issues a home owner can come across sometime and can be easily fixed by the owner. iHe mentioned that if these minor checks or quick fix don't solve the issues with the furnace then not hesitate to contact them for the technician. Once the furnace was done he did the same thing with the hot water tank. Overall the technician was very professional, helpful and took his time to make sure the service call was a good experience and also informative and most importantly done correctly. A check list was completed and emailed to me for my records. I am on a monthly service and maintenance plan which so far has worked well with these important appliances making sure they provide us what they are designed to do. I have not given them a 5 stars rating yet only because i like to wait and see if, after they left, the newly serviced furnace and hot water tank will continue to work properly.

The technician was courteous and tidy. The service work went smoothly and he offered great advice for keeping my furnace running smoothly for years to come. Couldn't ask for more.
