No heat on awaking at 8 a.m. Emailed Anchor to request an emergency visit. Administrator responded quickly - By 8:30 a.m. we were called to verify issues (i.e. power, noises, indicator check). By 10 a.m. tech Shannon was at the door and problem resolved by noon. He explained the problem as a faulty manufacturing one with the part and that the issue has been raised with the supplier. Service and parts covered by a warranty plan costing $11.29/month or basically the cost of a yearly maintenance visit. Shannon was personable, professional, and communicative.
