Annual furnace and hot water tank service was done today March 29th, 2018. It all started with a phone call reminder not once but twice by the very nice Anchor Climate care receptionist. An appointment was made the same week, at my convenience. Technician arrived in time had a clean pair of shoes in his bag, put tgem on and went to work. The technician Q.Lam checked the thermostat, the battery then went to work on the furnace. I was happy to see that he was fine and helpful in explaining his work and how he service and clean my Furnace. He also pointed out minor common issues a home owner can come across sometime and can be easily fixed by the owner. iHe mentioned that if these minor checks or quick fix don't solve the issues with the furnace then not hesitate to contact them for the technician. Once the furnace was done he did the same thing with the hot water tank. Overall the technician was very professional, helpful and took his time to make sure the service call was a good experience and also informative and most importantly done correctly. A check list was completed and emailed to me for my records. I am on a monthly service and maintenance plan which so far has worked well with these important appliances making sure they provide us what they are designed to do. I have not given them a 5 stars rating yet only because i like to wait and see if, after they left, the newly serviced furnace and hot water tank will continue to work properly.
