We hire Stefano to prepare a detailed home inspection. We are planning to do some upgrades and we wanted a thorough understanding of the home to ensure that we have a logical plan to address any issues - and not have to go back and re-do something later. Stefano was very helpful and friendly, taking time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to us along the way and offering helpful tips. He used a drone to image our roof and an infrared camera to check temperature differences within walls, at doors and windows, etc. He completed a report that day. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am really happy to have chosen Stefano for our new house inspection. His work actually deserves a 10 star (or more) rating. He was very professional, detail oriented and educated us with different parts of the hosue. We were all done and left the house and he actually came back to check one of the basement windows, we missed. So actually with Stefano around, you can relax because he won't miss any corner of the house. We got out report right before we left the house and it was very detail oriented along with a maintenance reminder link. I would highly recommend him without thinking for even a second. He has a good sense of humour too, which really helps when you are nervous with house purchase.

Stefano was amazing to work with! I am not very savvy with the ins and outs of owning a home, so I tagged along and asked him hundreds of questions. Stefano was so kind and informative. He educated me along the way and was happy to answer all the silly questions I asked.

Stefano was very respectful to the space, even having his own pair of indoor shoes to use in areas like the attic. He took his time, roughly 3 hours to complete this thorough inspection. He delivered his report immediately on the spot after he was done. He even stayed back while I reviewed the report, and provided additional commentary/clarification about the report.

Stefano came out to do a home inspection for a property I recently purchased for my family.
