We were in search of a detailed home inspector and stumbled upon Quantum Home Inspections. We were able to coordinate an appointment with Stefano right away. The day of the inspection, Stefano arrived early and already surveyed the exterior of the home. Once inside, he took his time to walk us through the defects or areas to pay attention to. He also taught us how to use a lot of the features within the home. Stefano's report is the one you want if you are doing a home inspection prior to closing a deal. He doesn't just provide you with the positives but he points out all the negatives and areas you would need to fix immediately, a few months, or a few years down the road. Highly recommend!
