Lally Plumbing & Heating Ltd refused to safely and reliably connect power as part of a new boiler installation in November, 2024 at my Burnaby home. A five year old child could have created the same electrocution risk and risk of heating system failure by shoving two wires into a socket as Lally Plumbing & Heating Ltd did. They appear have done a quality boiler install with this one important exception, and did not return to fix this problem when asked. For this reason I do not recommend Lally Plumbing & Heating Ltd for any plumbing or heating/ HVAC work. Also, while replacing my boiler, their plumber twice promised me that his boss would send someone to fix a clogged drain, and that never happened.

Words cannot describe the sheer incompetence and completely unprofessional approach of this company. Too lengthy to go into the details in this forum, but suffice it to say that this company and its employees gave us an exhausting run around and performed extremely shoddy work. Do not use. You will get way less than what you paid for and will end up regretting it in the end. Poor workmanship, even worse service and zero accountability.

The plumbers from Lally Plumbing & Heating did an excellent repair work on the damaged piping system of my house. I must say, their service was flawless and reliable. Highly recommended.
