Once fulfilling all of your re roofing needs 3 or more of your neighbors approach me and we installed new roofs for them as well.
After working with your neighbors l've come to the the understanding that you are well respected and turned to for your advice and knowledge not to mention your being head of the strata committee.

There's no better feeling then reading the review that you just posted.
As far as I'm concerned that's what its all about.
I put myself in my customers position and ask myself,
Have we fulfilled all of the obligations stated on the contract? Have we done the best possible job we can?
Have we addressed any special requests from the home owner.
For example when Bob and I sat down and I presented the quote to him I made sure I explained everything to him and answered all of his questions.
He told me that a couple of plastic inserts that connect the Aluminum downpipes were broken.
I said no problem I can take care of that for you! I thought if 2 or 3 were broken than there are probably more broken so I fixed them all at no extra charge. Going that extra mile and "attention to detail" is what Accountable Roofing is all about!
