The Pink Painter

Cheryl is excellent at communication and returning texts/emails. You can tell she takes pride in the reputation of her company. She is friendly, open to ideas and listens well to her client. She is flexible with the schedule & is able to fit you in to get painting done, which is great as sometimes you wait a long to get a contractor out.

The workers she send out were friendly & diligent. Although they arrived 1hr early, which is great to get the job done, they also need to be aware that the home owner may be busy or not home at that time. Cheryl told me they would arrive at 8:30, which I was expecting,but they got to my driveway at 7:30am & rang doorbell at 8am. There were two painters - one older & a younger one. I noticed the younger one was very diligent & hardworking. The older one kept leaving for a smoke & going out to his van. Although he may be good at what he does, he is there to work & get the job done. Plus, as a non-smoker, the smell of smoke mAkes me ill.

The older worker made many comments about nails not being filled by the window guys. They were filled but not to his liking. All I wanted him to do was fill and then paint. Not a huge deal. As the guys were about to leave after finishing, I looked over their work & noticed some areas where tape was removed & paint needed to be touched up. I had to mention this. He was good about painting it again but this is something a professional painter should check before leaving.

All in all, the end product looks very good & I’m appreciative it’s finished after our window install.

Our experience with Cheryl was terrific. Right from when we first reached out for a quote to the completion of the project communication was always prompt and clear. As newer home owners she made us feel comfortable bringing her company in even offered advise on how to complete some DIY painting projects. Overall excellent and professional service and we are very happy with the finished work.

We had some work done in the kitchen which took paint off the drywall. Pink Painter did a great job of patching the damage and repainting the kitchen. Worker was friendly and respectful and did a professional job. We are very happy with both the quality and pricing. Highly recommend!

The Pink Painter came through on a tight timeline. I appreciated being able to book a quote online, and it was particularly helpful that Cheryl was available to quote the job ona Saturday. Cheryl walked me through my options clearly. Her painter was available quickly and was easy to communicate with when I couldn't be on site.

The work was done quickly and efficiently as usual! Lots of help was given to make sure we were satisfied with colours and stains. Thanks again!

Positively impressed with Pink Painter's conscientious and skilled prep prior to painting -- pressure washing, scraping, patching and sanding. Also impressed with the careful and thorough paint application. Our cedar siding needed it after years in the sun and rain. Some complex wood grillwork was included. The work was done much better than previous painting jobs, and with extra communication to make sure of meeting our needs. Very impressed! The house looks great now and is well protected.

Had all exterior window trim and faux shutters painted, as well as some wood beams at front entrance.
