The Pink Painter

Cheryl is excellent at communication and returning texts/emails. You can tell she takes pride in the reputation of her company. She is friendly, open to ideas and listens well to her client. She is flexible with the schedule & is able to fit you in to get painting done, which is great as sometimes you wait a long to get a contractor out.

The workers she send out were friendly & diligent. Although they arrived 1hr early, which is great to get the job done, they also need to be aware that the home owner may be busy or not home at that time. Cheryl told me they would arrive at 8:30, which I was expecting,but they got to my driveway at 7:30am & rang doorbell at 8am. There were two painters - one older & a younger one. I noticed the younger one was very diligent & hardworking. The older one kept leaving for a smoke & going out to his van. Although he may be good at what he does, he is there to work & get the job done. Plus, as a non-smoker, the smell of smoke mAkes me ill.

The older worker made many comments about nails not being filled by the window guys. They were filled but not to his liking. All I wanted him to do was fill and then paint. Not a huge deal. As the guys were about to leave after finishing, I looked over their work & noticed some areas where tape was removed & paint needed to be touched up. I had to mention this. He was good about painting it again but this is something a professional painter should check before leaving.

All in all, the end product looks very good & I’m appreciative it’s finished after our window install.
