Our awning is beautiful but broken. I've called numerous times and sent several emails. They do not return emails or phone calls. What good is a 10 year warranty then? Terrible service. Happy to retract this if someone would please fix our awning.
Edit - Sept. 27, 2014. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and the Awning Factory finally came by to fix my issue. Too bad I had to go to this length. That said, I've increased my satisfaction rating based on the fix. And, yes, we love our awning too.
