Our awning is beautiful but broken. I've called numerous times and sent several emails. They do not return emails or phone calls. What good is a 10 year warranty then? Terrible service. Happy to retract this if someone would please fix our awning. Edit - Sept. 27, 2014. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and the Awning Factory finally came by to fix my issue. Too bad I had to go to this length. That said, I've increased my satisfaction rating based on the fix. And, yes, we love our awning too.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Keep their promises, answer phone calls and emails. Provide the after sales service we expect as consumers
