Thanks for the great service in diagnosing and repairing my gas fireplace. I had made a few attempts with no success to get it going over the last few years...but it was a priority during the pandemic lockdown. Ben was friendly and respectful of social distancing and safety while working in my home. I would recommend this company for their good communication and service.

Their first technician had to cancel at the last minute but Karnik was apologetic and kept in touch to make sure I was eventually taken care of. I would highly recommend.

House is a rental.. air conditioning was not working, Ben came in diagnosed and repaired the issue.

Bad time of the year for the air conditioner to break down. I contacted Maxairen and Karnik was very helpful and explained all the details from diagnosis to repair. The issue was diagnosed promptly by Ben, who also did the actual repair (evaporator coil was leaking badly). Ben not only replaced the coil with a new component, he also explained how the plenum was not installed properly in the first place and he did a fantastic job rebuilding it and leaving it in perfect condition. I am very happy with the final results and I don't hesitate to recommend Maxaire.
