If you read the bad reviews, dont believe them! This company and group of workers have made me happy with the project they took on. My wife made me go through the work to find any deficiencies when they left and I could not find any. Im sure there must of been a couple but if there was I know they must of fixed them. Im definitely going to be calling them back for more upgrades to my home and garage.
If you want upgrades to your home I highly recommend this group and company.

Chosen by the reviews but subpar to the price paid. Electrical wasn't good, garage concrete isn't slope high enough, water pools inside, cheap locks broke had to get locksmith.

I received three quotes for my garage construction project. Ultimately I went with Altahome, as their pricing was competitive with all the 'best in class' warranties. Arranging financing was also quite straightforward.

There were significant delays, but mostly in getting permits and some related complications! Once the permits were in place, it did not take long. Stan and Ross were great to work with throughout the process. They were very responsive and accommodating, and did not mind the million questions I had.

Altahome is fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a garage. I love the garage that they built for me. It's exactly what I wanted! I will surely use them for any future projects.

Alta Home just recently built a custom attached garage for me. I am very happy about the results! The project had to be custom due to numerous local restriction and Alta Home team managed to get through the red tape of City bylaws with flying colors. All the engineering, permits and paperwork with the City have been handled professionally and in timely manner. Special thanks to Stan, Wes and Ross for making it possible!

Alta Homes from day 1 of visiting our house to provide an estimate until the final inspection were professional and attentive to our needs. They quoted us 6-8 weeks for it to be completed and the final inspection was completed nearly 6 weeks to the day. There were a few hiccups along the way (flooring and bathroom) that resulted in us having to make some changes that we were not thrilled about but in the end because of Alta Homes great customer service the final results exceeded expectations.

Reached out to Alta Homes to build a detached double garage. Stan from Alta Homes was prompt in responding to my online query and then setting up an in-person appointment with Vitalii. During the appointment Vitalli went through the process and answered all questions I had and was quick in sending me a quote the same day. After finalizing the contract, I was always kept informed of the progress of build including the building permit status, when the work is to start, any upcoming City inspections with their outcomes towards the end of the build. Once all inspection were clear, Wes set up an appointment for a final walk through and we went through a detailed checklist to make sure everything was complete as expected. With Christmas, winter and cold temperatures the build was completed in time and can definitely say that my experience dealing with Alta Homes and all involved has been very positive and appreciated the updates throughout the process. Vitalii had been my point of contact throughout, and he was always prompt in replying to all my questions. When the time comes, I will definitely contact Alta Homes again for my basement development and strongly recommend Alta Homes to anyone who is looking to build a garage or any renos at their homes.
