I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received. Not only did they book me in and have my garage built quickly. They also sourced out siding for my house that I had been trying to get replaced for two years. The supplier kept having issues with the product but Stan was always happy to help. This went on long after our garage was finished and he was still making calls and putting in quotes on my behalf to remedy the issues that werent even his responsibility. I will be happy to use Alta again and will recommend everytime.

We hired Alta Home to help us with a basement renovation project as well as some repairs to the roofing and eavestrough on our home from storm damage.

From quoting the project to completion of all the work, Alta Home made the entire project easy. Ross, our project manager followed up with us regularly and was easy to contact when needed.

The crews that did the work paid attention to the small details and addressed any concerns we had immediately. Timelines were clearly communicated and the work was completed within the defined timelines.

At the end of the project, Alta home sent a cleaner to do a pre-move in cleaning for our basement which left it very clean and ready for us to start enjoying again.

After the first heavy rain following the installation to the eavestrough we noticed a couple of minor drips that needed to be looked at. I contacted Stan at Alta Home and he had the exterior crew come out right away once the rain stopped to take care of the situation.

I had Alta homes do a garage package, including Driveway for me November December 2023. The garage and garage pad ended up being great but the third-party contractor that they hired to do the driveway completely botched the job. The driveway is not level. He did not use barrier cloth so that the entire driveway is starting to lift with weeds and it is literally only six months old, I would steer clear of this paving company if you can.
