Had a garage built 22x22, fence removed/then rebuilt on property line, the team was very efficient mother nature caused some delays but when the team could be here they worked efficiently and without any concerns everything is exactly how I invisioned. Very excited to finally have a garage. This was a very positive experience right from the quoting only gentleman who showed up with laser to view the slope grade of my property, came with siding samples to match the house. detailed follow up with questions i had before and during the process. 5 weeks working around weather.

I had a large project which included demo of an old deck/carport and about 760 sq. ft. of concrete. Once complete, a new deck, fence and garage was built. Alta homes helped me through the decision process and what made the most sense for my space. All work was completed accordingly, and any issues or concerns were addressed. Working with Alta Home Garages & More was fantastic they started working off of my hand drawn sketches, made several site visits, had excellent insights on site prep to become compliant with the City prior to even getting started (old home so some underground services needed to be updated) and once construction started they met their estimated timelines almost perfectly (had a few nasty weather days which made it unsafe for outdoor work to continue). If I ever need a garage again they will be first on the call list.

I recently decided to take the plunge and finally get my garage built and basement developed, and let me tell you, Alta Home did not disappoint. From the moment I met with Derrick, I felt like I was in competent hands.
Ross was my PM. & was particularly attentive in explaining the process to me, laying out all the options I could choose from to fit my budget and style. His team kept me updated at every stage of the project, which was both courteous and reassuring.
My garage went up quicker than I expected, and it's not just about speed, it's beautifully crafted, too. The crew was not only skilled but also respectful and diligent. We did have a few minor hick ups with the location of the trench but this was further explained and rectified
As for my basement, it's transformed into a comfortable and functional space that I'm more than happy with. It's obvious that the same care and skill went into this project as with the garage. We did have a couple of minor issues with paint touch-ups and trim work, but Ross was all over it. They sorted it out right away and ensured everything looked perfect.
I'll admit, I was a bit anxious about undertaking these projects. I'm new to the world of home renovations as we just moved in to our new home, and there's so much that can go wrong and the horrific things you hear about contractors. But my experience with Alta Home has been nothing short of reassuring. I've been involved and informed throughout the entire process, and the finished products Both garage and my newly developed basement are beyond what I had hoped for..
