We had Brad come to have a look at our dryer the other day which was making a crazy noise. He promptly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour he was here. We had heard about Brad from a friend a few months back when our wall oven completely died. We had someone from another company come in and say the oven was toast, it had to be replaced and to come down to their store and buy a new one. We got a second opinion from Brad who determined it was something he could fix which cost us a quarter of what a new oven would cost and it works perfectly. It is nice to know a service repair person who is trustworthy and knowledgeable and helps to keep us from breaking the bank. If you have a problem with any appliance, I would highly recommend Brad!

Our Samsung stove constantly trips the breakers. Brad did a thorough investigation of the stove and did not find any issues with it. Fault must be elsewhere in outlet/wiring/panel breaker, etc. Brad ran through gamut of tests. Happy to hear I don't have to repair it. Brad returned calls, sent emails and was very responsive throughout the process. Would use Delta Refrigeration again for diagnosing or fixing appliance problems. Thanks Brad!

LG Fridge died, total loss of power. John Prak responded to a late night email service request and was there the next day. Had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes - the soldered fuse on the mother board was blown. LG's protocol is to replace the entire board. John instead took the board home, soldered on an inline fuse socket, and installed the board the next day. And all for less than a third of the price of a replacement board, not including labour. Service that's so far beyond the big companies and the manufacturers' service techs!
