Direct Waterproofing

I had issues with water leaking in our basement after heavy rains and after talking with a few experts I realized I need to do waterproofing. Among all the companies I contacted to get quotes, direct waterproofing had the most reasonable prices.
Our project manager Terry was super professional and helpful. He provided all the information we needed and his team was super efficient and skilled in what they do. They finished the excavation and waterproofing in 3 days and installed a sump pump in a day. I am quite happy with the quality of their work and would absolutely recommend Terry and his team to anyone who needs a waterproofing service.

After reviewing quotes from four basement waterproofing companies, we chose Direct Waterproofing. Our Project Manager, Terry, thoroughly inspected our home, provided a competitive quote and answered our questions promptly throughout the process. Terry is very dedicated to his work, has a commendable work ethic, and provided timely follow up whenever we asked for further information. He did a great job of overseeing the work, from scheduling it in a timely fashion to checking in regularly with the work team. Once the work was completed, he provided a full set of photos showing the various areas we had waterproofed during the stages of the process. The work team were great too - they worked very hard, were pleasant and left everything clean and tidy.

Terry is both personable and professional, and we always felt like we were in good hands - that he genuinely cared about the quality of the work and our satisfaction with it. External Water proofing. Got a couple of quotes and gathered a lot of info. I sent out a message to Direct Waterproofing and within 20 minutes I got a call from Terry. He was on his way back from a job and stopped in to see the problem. He explained everything they were going to do and how. What materials etc. They arrived on schedule after a big snowfall and freezing rain. It was -10c and they started right away. They took pictures as they progressed through the job. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you, Terry, Dono and John. I will let you guys know if the basement leaks in that area over the next 25 years. But I bet it doesn't. 10/10

Another excellent, very efficient job done by Terry, Tono and John. They expertly repaired a very large foundation crack on our house that started to appear this winter and was leaking water in our basement. Just like the repairs done in the summer, they were on time, friendly and cleaned up the area. This is the reason we used them again and would recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing.

Terry and the boys were amazing. They were on time and dug on one of the coldest days of the year. They identified my crack was bigger than once thought and sealed everything from the outside and inside. Something very unexpected but they wanted to ensure the job was done right. They started at 9am, finished at 3pm and were very clean and professional. I would 100% recommend Direct Waterproofing to anyone with a leaky foundation or basement crack.
