Another excellent, very efficient job done by Terry, Tono and John. They expertly repaired a very large foundation crack on our house that started to appear this winter and was leaking water in our basement. Just like the repairs done in the summer, they were on time, friendly and cleaned up the area. This is the reason we used them again and would recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing.

We had a serious water issue in our basement. Phoned Direct Waterproofing and had the pleasure of speaking with Terry. He took the time to answer my questions. During the initial home visit, Terry was on time and thorough with the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. We live in Ancaster. The price was very reasonable. We needed to repair 7 foundation cracks and replace an old sump pump. The 2 workers that did the job were excellent. On time, very polite and hard working. The job was completed on time and the areas where they dug up were backfilled properly. The crew left the area clean. Terry did a follow up visit to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely use this company again if required and recommend them.
