Would highly recommend Direct Waterproofing. Terry and his crew were professional, worked fast and did a great job. Fair pricing for interior waterproofing- sump pump and bench installation. Terry took the time to explain all of our questions. We plan to use them again to install a back flow valve.

Nick and Vasyl did a very good job. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.

We just had an exterior waterproofing done. Direct was great from start to finish. Greg spent a lot of time with us explaining the options and deciding together the best plan. They started right on time and although the work took longer than anticipated they honoured the quote. The guys worked hard and did a terrific job. Terry, the supervisor, was excellent at communicating all throughout the work, paying attention to our concerns and questions and making sure everything was done properly. And the crew cleaned up really carefully at the end of every day and at the end of the job. We were very pleased with the whole process.

Fast service and job well done within the agreed price range. Job was also completed on time and within the agreed parameters.

On August 31, 2024, Jack, Nick, and Vasil came out to waterproof an exterior foundation/basement wall that had developed a leak due a rod hole. Jack answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. Nick and Vasil worked hard, and I made sure to give them drinks during the warm day. I was pleased that they added the proper amount of gravel on the weeping tile and applied Acqua-Bloc all the way up to the brick. While the real test will be after spring thaw melts all the snow, I haven't had a leak since they did the work. The team was efficient and cleaned up the area very well afterwards.

I should also mention that Jack managed to squeeze the work in for me during a very busy period, which I appreciated. The price was competitive, and final interactions with Terry to obtain the warranty certificate were pleasant and efficient.

Terry and his crew were exceptional. From the first visit where Terry did an estimate and gave us options, it was clear he was not trying to push the higher cost. We chose the higher cost based on hearing Terry's professional opinion. He was kind, courteous and responsive. All texts and emails were replied within 24 hours. The crew that came were very friendly, kind, helpful and respectful. The job took 2 days and they were very neat and tidy. You could hardly tell they dug into our front garden beds. I just found Direct Waterproofing online and had no connection and I am exceptionally impressed by their customer service and the completed work.

Our basement foundation crack involved removing part of our outside deck. Had consulted many other companies to estimate the job. Fortunately, terry provided the most comprehensive plan to
repair the crack. His men were able to remove and replace several deck joists to complete the job. many other companies would not remove and replace the joists unless they were "sistered".This was not a solution.
Most importantly, terry provided, what i thought to be, a very reasonable
quote.
I have had a few contacts with contactors this year and i am happy to say that my research paid off when I contacted terry.
He would be the ONLY COMPANY I WOULD CONTACT for future problems and would strongly suggest that others do the same.
