Direct Waterproofing originally came to waterproof a section of my basement and install a sump pump. After the work began, we discovered that one section of my basement was very poorly constructed. I was grateful that the crew were able to begin fixing the unexpected issue immediately. They worked very hard and long hours.

There was some communication missed about the room being made smaller due to the work. However, Terry made sure that the problem was resolved and worked very hard on it himself. I would hire Direct Waterproofing again.

If you're unsure about any of the work, communicate with Terry about it. I believe he wants his customers to be happy with the results of Direct Waterproofing's work.

We had an emergency situation arise where we needed foundation repair done asap. While researching who to call, we came across Direct Waterproofing and contacted them. The response was professional and prompt, Terry came out to see us the next day. The quote for the job was very reasonable, and Terry made us feel very comfortable by explaining exactly what was going to be done, and any potential issues and resolutions. We went ahead with the work, and it couldn't have gone any smoother.
The work was performed within 5 days of contacting them, and the crew (John and Tomasz) were friendly, professional and extremely detail oriented, and the jobsite was kept clean. All debris was removed and disposed of.

They had to reschedule one time but Terry and his team did a clean job before the raining season started. Even after reminding them that they had forgotten about sealing one gap, Terry himself made the time to come back the next day and fixed it without any fuss.
