We are very happy with Robertos work, and he was a great partner in our project. We had to remove existing hardwood in the kitchen, and were looking for someone that would be able to work carefully around new cabinetry. Roberto was the first person I spoke to regarding the job, and made a great first impression. After meeting with multiple people, it was clear that Roberto had the most confidence in his approach to our job. He also made us feel like his priority is doing the best job he can, rather than rushing to completion (while still staying on schedule).

We are so pleased with our floors! We had carpet throughout most of our home, removed it, stripped and stained the hardwood underneath- it looks amazing. The work was done on time and as scheduled. We also had to replace and install new wood floor in our kitchen and the flow from existing to new is seamless. I would definitely recommend Roberto.

Roberto stained and refinished my living room and stairs, including new iron spindles. It looks amazing! After completing the staining on the floor my puppy managed to get on the floors prior to drying and did some damage, Roberto willingly came back the same day and did the necessary touch ups, without any extra charges. We interviewed a number of prospective hardwood staircase contractors before deciding on Roberto. While other contractors seemed hesitant to accommodate our ideas for what we wanted for the project, Roberto was wide open to our design vision, and happy to do whatever we wanted.

Roberto started the project on schedule, and completed it on schedule as well. His workmanship was top quality, and he regularly checked in with us along the way to ensure we were always satisfied with the work he was doing.

We had one snag with the project that was not Robertos fault at all but he still went the extra mile to make it right for us anyways. I had purchased the flooring for Roberto to install, but I didnt order enough of the matching transition strips for the doorways. They were special order, and would not arrive until 4 weeks after Roberto was done our job. He promised to come back and install the transition strips for us when they came in, at no extra charge. And he did!

All in all, Roberto was a delight to work with and he did a super job. We would definitely work with him again!

This is the second time Roberto has refinished floors and stairs for us. He does a great job including filling wholes and patching areas. He really cares that you like the stain colour and mixes stains until he finds the colour you like. Roberto schedules well, keeps you informed and is reliable. He is the right choice if you are looking for a good refinisher.

Roberto is a magician! He deeply cares about his work and the craftsmanship shows. It's our first reno and Roberto went out of his way to steer us in the right direction. He refinished (stained) our hardwood floor (looks brand new now), remodeled the staircase to a striking two-tone finish, ripped out the old carpet and installed new laminate floor on the main and upper floor. The value and service is exceptional. You want to work with him - I know I'm calling him again for the next job.
