Quijada Custom Flooring

We interviewed a number of prospective hardwood staircase contractors before deciding on Roberto. While other contractors seemed hesitant to accommodate our ideas for what we wanted for the project, Roberto was wide open to our design vision, and happy to do whatever we wanted.

Roberto started the project on schedule, and completed it on schedule as well. His workmanship was top quality, and he regularly checked in with us along the way to ensure we were always satisfied with the work he was doing.

We had one snag with the project that was not Robertos fault at all but he still went the extra mile to make it right for us anyways. I had purchased the flooring for Roberto to install, but I didnt order enough of the matching transition strips for the doorways. They were special order, and would not arrive until 4 weeks after Roberto was done our job. He promised to come back and install the transition strips for us when they came in, at no extra charge. And he did!

All in all, Roberto was a delight to work with and he did a super job. We would definitely work with him again!
