Carroll's Heating And Air

When we bought our house the air conditioning unit was installed in the back of the house. It was noisy when we were entertaining people and we wanted it moved. We got 3 quotes. we decided to go with Bob from Carroll's Heating and Air. Bob is a very friendly guy and cares about what he does and his clients. His prices were very competitive as well. Our Air conditioner is now on the side of the house. We were so impressed we asked him back when we wanted a humidifier installed on our furnace. Thanks Bob you go above and beyond !!

Bob was very accomodating and went out his way to meet our work schedule. He had many sugestions and offered several options that we had not even been aware of to consider. The work was done quickly and absolutely no mess when he was done; this even with a few unanticipated challenges arose. Would not hesitate to get Bob to do our next job or refer to friends.

Hired Bob for Gas line run/installation for the stove. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable in his work. Ran at-least 15 to 18 feet line in a clean manner. Also detected a leak in the main gas line.

Bob is generally a nice guy, except for when mistakes are made. We had fix our gas fireplace fixed which he did. When he went to put the glass back in, he broke it and shattered all all our floor. He tried to rectify it by searching for another replacement. A month later, he finally gets down to getting ahold of one and has the audacity of saying we are on the hook for 50% of the cost. After dealing with him for far too long and the sneaky way he deals with his customers. We are now out a fireplace and he walks away free. He is very lucky we aren't pursuing him for the loss. Avoid dealing with this guy, BAD NEWS!!!

We called Bob at Carroll's Heating and Air Conditioning to come and replace our furnace. Before we even talked about a new one, he looked over our current furnace to see if we could save some money by just repairing it. After a long look, we decided that it was best to replace. He gave us lots of options as well as the prices - also provided some excellent guidance about the pros and cons of each furnace. After deciding, he came when promised to install it and we were more than impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Would recommend him to anyone!
