A & G Windows And Doors

Day of installation the installers were not pros, forgot to hookup my bell, where the wire was 6 inches in length, they tucked it in and covered it. They came back over a week, then they replaced the white silicone they had to remove to install the bell, with a pink tinted one, looks real bad, especially in the daytime. A week later paint from the edge was getting stuck to the sealer. Looks bad when opened. Called 4 times, emailed 5 times for over a year never a call back. Just a JOKE, price is good,

The true test of a great company is their customer care AFTER installation.
Adi assured me that everything was under warranty FOREVER. I would have settled for a few years when I bought 9 large windows for my Victorian home approx. 1 year ago.
Most of the windows I bought are fixed. Two of them are casement. After only a few openings the window crank broke. It looks a bit cheap and easily replaced so I called Adi.
He told me it would be $250+ for the labor to fix his cheap window crank. Imagine how much he's going to charge me for labor if something big actually happens - $600?? Now I know his warranty is not worth the paper it's written on.

This is the 2nd time we use A&G windows and doors, they originally did our windows for the whole house and just recently we decided to do our front door. Besides their high quality products that they use, Adi who is part owner is very honest. I've worked with other companies before where they try to sell you the most expensive product without even listening to your needs. This is not the case with A&G, they are honest professionals who LISTEN to your needs and align it with your budget. Will definitely recommend them and hire them again for future products.

Their work is very good they are very clean and do an excellent job on taking out the windows and put in the new ones very happy will recommend to anybody who wants to do windows I think they are one of the best family businesses out there that do windows highly recommended A1

We ordered a front and back door for our home and we could not be happier. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and the service along the way was outstanding.
