We spoke to Vince over the phone about our fridge problem, which was not cooling in the fridge but still working in the freezer, he said they do this work all the time, and ball park it would cost $350. When he arrived, he said the cost would be $450 + tax. After a heated discussion about this, he said he would not charge tax if we paid cash, but I did not want to rip off the government. We needed it working, so we felt pressure to get it fixed It took him just over an hour, and afterwards I asked him why he charged the extra $100, and in his own words, he had to replace 2 wires worth $2 each, and spent an extra few minutes. All along he was condescending, dishonest, and greedy and trying to make us feel grateful about all the work he did and how he was doing us a favour, what ever doing your best to keep your word, and the customer is always right attitude? After he did the job, he tried to take our used parts to refurbish and install in another fridge, but I would not let him. Quoting me $350 over the phone, and then charging $450 for 2 extra wires, for a little over 1 hours work, and used parts from another fridge is gouging, I cannot recommend them at all, beware.

My tenant called for repairs without letting us know and sent us the bill which stated the problems as "Fridge ice build up & not cool" and the defrost thermostat heater was replaced to address the problem. Eight months later my tenant tells me that fridge is not cold again. Very disappointed

Vincent from T&D Appliances came over to my place to look at the clothes washer which was giving off a very loud sound . He did a tuneup, He did some adjustments and repairs and the machine is working beatifully. Thank you Vincent.
Two days prior I had another appliance service repair place come in and the person said it needed $800 worth of parts and labour and he said it was not worth his while to do it since the machine was too old. He said to go to Home Depot to buy a new one.
I'm so glad I did not buy another one and that T&D was able to fix this up . It's about 20 yrs old and might last a while longer. Who knows.

When I call this company, they are always on, time and I found their work is always consistent. For this repair, another company had suggested to replace the drum and other parts which were going to cost me more than $300, but T&D Appliances told me honestly that it was not the case and the problem was overload related and they only charge me for the visit nothing else. I definitely recommend and use their service in the future.

Vincent sent out a repair man to fix our clogged dishwasher. What we thought was a small job turned into a half day ordeal. All through it the repair person was exceptionally hardworking and extremely thorough. He took everything apart and put it all back together again exactly right. They were so great and so reasonable that honestly they're the kind of person you want to keep in your address book all to yourself. But I am thankful and so I think I should share. And we are not hand washing!
