David and his crue are absolute professionals. Did an amazing job. Myself and my wife are just floored with the job they did. We are now getting ready to renovate our rental property in the spring and using David most definitely. He was true to his word very good payment structure job was done 1 week early. Me and my wife really thank you David for this project.

I was told by David that this job would be done before fathers day. It's now August the 3rd, and it is still not complete. Not only that, after 85% of the payment was made, he is no longer responding to texts or phone calls. The photo says it all. If he actually responds back and completes the job, I will retract this review but I am not hopeful. Next steps will be BBB and small claims court. That is if he even provided a real business address.

Update: Still no response.
Was told aggregate was supposed to be coming on Aug 2nd. No answer after calling on his Cell. ONLY after I called from another number did he answer and after realizing that it was me on this number he pretended he couldn't hear me, then proceeded to put me on immediate block on his cell phone. He is completely disingenuous if he states that it was to be completed on August 7th. Intermediary work was supposed to be done. Once he got most of his money he took off. Additionally, I did not even mention the numerous excuses he had before the job even started. First, he "accidentally" booked me instead of another job ahead of the Father's day completion date that he originally gave me. Then when that date arrived, he stated that the weather would not permit him to start so he would have to delay it another week. Then he got "covid", then the road saw he ordered was a day late. It was the "other company's" fault. Then the when the saw came, it didn't work. He blames everybody else except himself. Now he is trying to blame Homestars.

With an old house there are many challenges, when it comes to painting.
Cracking, oil based paint, flaking etc.

One needs the experience in how to deal with these challenging situation.

David and his team took on the challenge and did an amazing job!
There were instances were they needed to go beyond the scope.

Hired VRDC to install new fencing in backyard. Job was done correctly and very happy with the outcome of the project. Highly recommend this company. Great warranty job was completed before due date.

Me and my wife contracted VRDC to do multiple projects in are house. He installed a stone facing to the front of my house brand new siding, new floors, installed a gas fireplace, re painted my house, electrical etc. The price was just a bit higher then other quotes but the did an amazing job. My house is 50 years old in Hamilton and it looks like a new house was built. David was easy to work with the price was the price with no extras. He delivered on all his promises. We recommend the company to everyone. You pay for what you get and it shows.

When we agreed with David and made the deposit of $1059.37, on July 27, he started making excuses on when to start the work and finally he said that he can't do the work before September. he offered to give back the deposit. We waited for the refund but this didn't happened. We tried many times through messages and phone calls to contact him but he is not responding. We are still waiting for our refund and looking into our options to recover our money.

We had approached David and his team (including his father) to build our fences for the backyard, do some electricals and paint the walls. Must say that they’re work is excellent and we are highly impressed with the outcome. A special thanks to David and his father (both being fathers) for coming on Father’s Day and completing the work for us. Thank u David and Team for your commitment.
