I was very skeptical about ordering my front entry door and making such a significant purchase for thousands of dollars online and not to mention from another country. I googled the company and read all the reviews and although there were a few negative reviews, I loved the fact the company responded to those negative reviews with data and facts; some people will never be happy. I hired a professional installer to take the exact measurements, which is very very important. I went online, priced out the door (20% cheaper than 3 out 4 In-State quotes received) and contacted the company on the telephone and spoke with Alex. He instructed me on exactly what to do to ensure the measurements were perfect. Once I got the measures, I worked closely with Alex to order the door to ensure the contract reflected all the correct information. I ordered my door on April 15, 2021 and it was delivered on June 15, 2021, exactly 2 months which they stated it would take 8-10 weeks...perfect! My door is absolutely stunning!!!! My neighbors are stopping and are in awe of the door. They even included a small jar of touchup paint for little areas (i.e. screws, minor surface scratches). The professional installer commented that this door was by far one of the best doors he has installed. I am beyond satisfied and pleased with the customer service that was provided throughout my entire experience. They returned my calls in a timely fashion and they addressed any questions or concerns I had over the course of the 2 months. I can't say enough about this experience!!!

We were adding extention to our house and looking for ideas on how open up space so we could entertain guests on the patio while having use of the kitchen. I am so glad we came across the option of bi-folding doors that give us almost 30 feet of openning when required. When closed they are very solid and provide lots of lite. All the hardware for this system comes from Germany and seems very heavy duty.

It is great that my front door and garage will match in style, not only in colour. The fantastic modern look with stainless steel plates on doors give it an unforgettable look. Ordering and receiving was streamlined and I received them a week earlier than I expected.

I have a very strange house where all the doors are of non standard sizes. I was very pleased that they not only has a huge selection, but also customizes everything to almost any size. I just had to confirm the rough openings. Thank you for staying in touch through the whole process and even educating me on some installation issues.

I ordered a garage door. The one that I cannot find anywhere in local stores. It is outstanding. I really appreciate the patience they had with me when I was asking all kinds of questions and being impatient to get it once ordered.

Stay away, terrible service. Overprice, long wait and noone cares. They get charge the full amount before they even start the job, and then good luck to you!!!
I have been waiting for 6 mo and more for all the door parts
