I was very skeptical about ordering my front entry door and making such a significant purchase for thousands of dollars online and not to mention from another country. I googled the company and read all the reviews and although there were a few negative reviews, I loved the fact the company responded to those negative reviews with data and facts; some people will never be happy. I hired a professional installer to take the exact measurements, which is very very important. I went online, priced out the door (20% cheaper than 3 out 4 In-State quotes received) and contacted the company on the telephone and spoke with Alex. He instructed me on exactly what to do to ensure the measurements were perfect. Once I got the measures, I worked closely with Alex to order the door to ensure the contract reflected all the correct information. I ordered my door on April 15, 2021 and it was delivered on June 15, 2021, exactly 2 months which they stated it would take 8-10 weeks...perfect! My door is absolutely stunning!!!! My neighbors are stopping and are in awe of the door. They even included a small jar of touchup paint for little areas (i.e. screws, minor surface scratches). The professional installer commented that this door was by far one of the best doors he has installed. I am beyond satisfied and pleased with the customer service that was provided throughout my entire experience. They returned my calls in a timely fashion and they addressed any questions or concerns I had over the course of the 2 months. I can't say enough about this experience!!!
