Sergiy was prompt in visiting the site and giving an estimate. Once I gave the go-ahead he scheduled me in quickly and showed up on time with his crew. They worked hard and got the job done well and quickly and met the original quote doing everything they promised. You won't get any chit-chat out of his crew, they are there to get the job done and noting else. All round very professional. I will use them again.

Our shower was not draining properly. Sergey from Tornado Plumbing replied within a minute to my request on Homestars, was at my house 30 minutes later, provided a reasonable quote, and fixed the drain. He was professional, very polite, and left no mess behind. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing problem. Highly recommend!

Basement sewage pipe backed up right beside the furnace . Sergey came in next day and told me that he will use the snake first to clear the pipe and then will use the camera to see what's going on. After the camera inspection he concluded that the sewer branching(called the Y) was in the wrong position causing build up and ultimately the back up. We scheduled the big job a week after when they excavated the area in question and changed the sewer branching.Price was good and job was done professionally by his crew. He came back when the job was done and explained me how they changed the sewer branching. Quick to respond with reasonable price, I will recommend to all my friends.

We had our back water valve installed. Serghy and his team came on time, were friendly and tarped everything making sure everything was clean. He was also very patient in explaining everything. Will definitely recommend Tornado Plumbing and Drain!

I call Tornado Plumbing during weekend and Seighei came on Monday morning and gave me a very reasonable quote which l eccepted.
He came back early next day to do the job with the pump, valve and accessories, he is a pro, he knows exactly what to do and did a clean and marvelous job. He cleaned all garbage afterward. He is a friendly, trustworthy person, l will recommend him for any plumbing job without any hesitation. He ìs now my plumber for life.

Sergi was very honest, knowledgeable and upfront when he came to quote the job. He answered all our questions patiently. They showed up on time and stayed to the early evening everyday. The crew worked hard and was very professional. Our home was left clean (of course lots of dust, which is expected) of any debris. He quoted 3-4 days, we hoped for 3 but it did take 4 days. Very happy with all the work and would definitely use this company again. We based our decision on all his good reviews on HomeStars. Glad we did!

My experience with Tornado Plumbing was absolutely exceptional. I called Sergey to assess the work required to have our old 1/2 water service line replaced and upgraded to 3/4 inch and new meter installed. Sergey arrived promptly and on time to quote and was very willing to explain all work required and answers questions that I had. I found his quote compared to others to be fair and he seemed to be more enthusiastic about completing this work compared to several other companies we had out. Sergey and his crew arrived on time, were kind and courteous and without a doubt work hard. The job was completed in one day and required significant digging in both the front and basement of the house. It's clear that Sergey and his crew care about their customers' experience and value a job well done. Once the job was complete the crew took the time to return my garden back to it's original state, cleaned all working areas and Sergey even stayed after the work was complete the go over everything and answer questions.

It's a not a big job but need careness.
