LG linear compressor problem like so many others are having. They Replaced the compressor after emptying the sealed system then pulled a vacuum and replaced the refrigerant. even had to do some soldering. All seemed to work out ok. I hope it lasts. Southland were on time and got the job done for LG’s one price.

Our oven had stopped working. Southland’s technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide the solution. We had to wait a couple days for the part to arrive, and Southland was prompt in making the repair once it arrived. Southland provided a 2 hour window for each appointment and the technicians were on time. Both techs were professional and explained what they were doing. The tech that did the repair also did a very good job in cleaning up after the work was complete. Should we ever require appliance repair in the future, we’ll contact Southland.

Our washing machine broke down and Southland said they would be at our house at a certain time , showed up when they said and repaired , cleaned up and left , very good service !

We had a small amount of water under the washing machine. Concerned there may be a problem inside we booked a service call.
Tech arrived within promised time frame and after eliminating any issues inside the machine causing the leak traced it back to the hot water hose connected to the house system. The water traveled down inside the machine and appeared to be an internal issue.
Replaced the washer and solved the problem.

David is very knowledgeable, just tell him what you want and he does his job precisely. He discuss the potential problems and the cost involve before he proceed with the job. David will come back to fix the washer as the parts needed is not correct.

We have 2 LG TV's (8 and 10 years old) and they both happened to have issues roughly around the same time. One of them the colors started to fade and would turn the screen pinkish and the 2nd one took 20 tries before the TV would turn on. A friend recommended Southland Technical and we decided to see if it was worth it to fix them both as the TV's are still in excellent condition considering. Southland Technical was great to deal with, their techs are professional and it was cost effective for us to have both TV's repaired. Bought LG diswasher 4 months ago and started to malfunction with error code (water leaking). LG support unable to trouble shoot. Sent service technician within a week with new pump. Fixed the problem. Technician had heavy asian accent - so language was a bit of a problem.

Ken was great picked up tv fixed dropped off and installed it back where it was such good service he was so professional and so easy to deal with great service

I called to ask for a repair person to come fix my LG stove. The representative asked for my model number. We found out that there was a recall on my model. They ordered the part sent out a technician and it was fixed in 10 minutes. Great service.
