Come home to an emergency, hot water line break in the furnace room. Call Worry Free Plumbing and Heating after 4pm. Daniel W. arrived evaluate the situation and ensured it will be fix shorting. Fast, curious and ensure work is done correctly. Showed and Explained the issues. It is not the first time I can these guys. They are on my Emergency Experts list.

Maddy and Tyler helped me through what started with a cold water faucet leak, which led to adding on a main valve replacement, and a toilet pump replacement. A City water turn/off turn on had to be scheduled for an additional $249 but I have to say I appreciated the professionalism, the speed, the cooperation between parties to get the jobs done painlessly, swiftly, and with better parts than the previous ones.

The guy they sent , very professional & organized.I asked him to call my husband as he was at work , my hubby didn’t pick up his call , Dan waited patiently for him to return the call talked to him explained everything from costs to replacement then after he explained over those things to me ,signed an agreement . Used our back door ( takes longer & it’s harder to go around whole house , we have big backyard) to get old water tank out to his work truck even we gave permission he can use front door .
The guy they sent didn’t try to sell anything, explained me all the functions on water tank ,
Cleaned up all the mess. Very Happy with their work & professional attitude!! Would definitely recommend to family, friends & all !!!!

What a wonderful company! Alex and Randy replaced my furnace and hot water tank in about 6 hours. They were clean and cleaned up after they were done. They were also very competitively priced and I got a senior's discount. I highly recommend Worry Free and will use them again should I be so unlucky as to need repair services.

Very disappointed with the experience with this company. Seems like there have been some major changes in the way they do business. Felt ripped off and overcharged for the work they did.
