Was duped by an installer and given this company's vinyl windows and when problems arose immediately with water coming in, this manufacturer's solution was to come with a caulking gun and plenty of excuses.

That didn't help obviously and they quickly pushed the blame back to the crooked installer and took no ownership in the flawed design and lack of reinforcement required for larger size windows that any manufacturer should know.

Price may seem right but do not cheap out on windows not worth the investment I learned quickly and had to spend double just to replace them.
